These terms govern your use of the Dramatorium website and any purchase you make from it. Dramatorium is operated by Julija Peniaz, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

Dramatorium releases fashion in limited capsule collections. Most items are produced in very limited quantity, often a single unit per size, and are not restocked once sold out. We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability accurate on the site, but we can't guarantee an item will still be available at the moment you complete checkout.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you if this affects your order.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors). Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Intellectual property

The Dramatorium name, monogram, wordmark, product designs, photography and site content are the property of Dramatorium and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission. This includes reproducing our garments, labels or branding for resale or counterfeit purposes.

Age and eligibility

Dramatorium is intended for a young audience, and we welcome customers of all ages who can legally enter into a purchase agreement. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian's permission and involvement when making a purchase, particularly regarding payment.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond what's required by UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
