Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries currently subject to international trade sanctions or active conflict. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your country, email us before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are shipped by our team within 24–48 hours of purchase. Since Dramatorium operates on a small-batch model, processing may occasionally take slightly longer during high-demand launch periods, we'll always aim to communicate any delay.

Shipping costs and delivery times

  • UK: Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days.

  • Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium: Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of EU and international: Shipping cost calculated at checkout, paid by the customer. Estimated delivery varies by destination.

  • Express/premium shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost, paid by the customer, where offered.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the shipping cost or item price.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at dramatorium.official@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the courier.
