What we collect

  • Order and account information: name, delivery address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by Shopify's payment provider, we don't store your full card details).

  • Newsletter and marketing sign-ups: your email address, and any preferences you give us, if you choose to subscribe.

  • Browsing and interaction data: collected through cookies, pixels and analytics tools (including but not limited to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel), used to understand how people use our site and to show relevant ads.

  • Customer service correspondence: anything you send us by email.

Why we collect it

  • To process and deliver your order.

  • To communicate with you about your order, returns or customer service questions.

  • To send marketing emails, only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To understand site performance and improve the shopping experience.

  • To run and measure advertising on platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Meta.

Who we share it with

We share data with the third parties needed to run the store, including our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processor, couriers (to deliver your order), email marketing platform, and analytics and advertising tools. We may add further apps and tools as Dramatorium grows, this policy will be updated accordingly. We don't sell your personal data.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EU (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, they're required to provide an adequate level of data protection under UK GDPR, typically through standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.

  • Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal requirements (for example, we may need to keep order records for tax purposes).
