WHEN IT LEAVES US
Orders are packed and sent within two working days.
Each piece is checked and packed by hand before it goes out, which is the part that takes the time. Once it is with the courier you will have a tracking link by email.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For orders outside the UK and EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
TRACKING
You will get a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us. If it has not appeared within three working days of your order, check your spam folder, then email us.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Delivery estimates are estimates. Customs can add days to a European order without warning and there is nothing either of us can do to speed it up.
If your parcel is more than five working days past the estimate, email us with your order number and we will chase the courier.
