How to measure
Use a soft tape. Stand as you normally stand, breathe normally, and keep the tape level and loose enough to slide a finger under. Measure over underwear or something close-fitting.
Bust
Around the fullest part, with the tape level across your back.
Waist
The narrowest part of your torso, usually a little above the navel. Not where your trousers sit.
Hips
The fullest part, with your feet together.
Upper arm
Around the fullest part of your upper arm, hanging relaxed.
If it is not right when it arrives, you have 14 days to return it, while the protective strip is still attached.
