Refund policy

At Dramatorium, every piece is produced in extremely limited quantity. Because of this, our returns process is stricter than most retailers.

The protective strip

Every garment leaves us with a protective strip attached. This strip is your proof that the item has not been worn. If you think you may want to return an item, do not remove the strip until you are certain you're keeping it.

• If the strip is present and undamaged, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery.

• If the strip has been removed or damaged, the item cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including for reasons of size or change of mind.

How returns work

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with the protective strip still attached.

• To start a return, email us at dramatorium.official@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm whether it qualifies and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

What isn't covered

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Items without the protective strip attached cannot be returned.

• We currently don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item (strip intact) and place a new order, subject to availability.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return postage on eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
